Everything was very good, unbeatable location next to Very close to the International School and the train/tram into city centre, helpful staff. The room was great-sized in general, with an excellent shower.

There is no service for very early departures, OK, but a (quiet) coffee machine would be a good idea.

We were there for 2 days and everything was very good. We liked the nice and unbeatable location close to the tram stop, Dusseldorf Airport, and the Exhibition Centre. the staff was caring and provided good services.

Quirky small hotel with particularly good views. Unbeatable location in a quiet residential area Kaiserwerth. Excellent breakfast with a wide array of brilliant foods. Nice service overall. Parking onsite. Free wifi available.

Staff were very pleasant and the breakfast was good too. Staff exceptionally helpful and polite.
Unfortunately we did not get the room we had specified in our booking, so this meant that two female colleagues had to share a double bed, and one of us had a very bad head cold and felt uncomfortable sharing a small space. There were no other rooms available. But the staff were pleasant about it.
